The high-rise tower is situated right across the street from the beach, and the resort offers private beach access. The Gulf-front pool is heated seasonally, and a second, larger pool can be found on the north side of the resort. Please note that a USD 128.78 cleaning fee will be collected at check-in. Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out is at 10am. Minimum age at check-in is 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation.
