Volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts are located on the property along with a billiard table, table tennis, and a gym. A playground, beach volleyball court, BBQ area, fishing dock and a walkway around Lake Berkley are also on site. Free parking is available in front of each house. The clubhouse features two Internet stations with printers, a library, area information, and coupons for local attractions. The front desk is open daily (times vary). Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. A photo ID as well as a credit card are required at check-in. After hours check-in is available.
