Sycamore Heights was built circa 1905 in the heart of what is now the historic Houston Heights neighborhood. The latest renovation was completed in 2007. The inn provides the perfect setting for an intimate weekend getaway or as a venue for major social events. Though guests at Sycamore Heights feel like they are in a private and peaceful enclave, the inn is actually close to Houstons energetic downtown area, eclectic shopping district and vibrant entertainment center. The two suites in the main house reflect a cozy turn of the century atmosphere. The carriage house has more of a 1940s appearance. Each of the rooms includes queen size beds and comfortable seating. Check-in is at 3 00 PM. Guests planning to arrive before or after this time must contact the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive special check-in instructions.
