We will gladly refund your reservation deposit less a 50 USD cancellation fee if you cancel at least 21 days prior to your arrival date. Check-in is located at the Ocean Resorts office at Pelicans Landing- 9581 Shore Drive, Myrtle Beach, SC. The office closes at 5pm. Please review the late arrival instructions on your reservation confirmation or call us during office hours for instructions if you expect to arrive after 430pm.
