The Cottonwood Condominiums are located on Dollar Road just across from Sun Valley Village. This is the best location for convenience to indoor and outdoor ice-skating rings, pools, hot tubs, shops, and meeting facilities. The location is known for its privacy and tranquility, featuring a blend of comfort, warmth, and scenery. The complex features excellent landscaping, including ponds, and streams on the grounds. Ski lifts are 1.5 miles away, reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle, which stop at the entrance to the Cottonwoods. In the summer the bike path provides miles of scenic biking or hiking enjoyment. Please note that check-in located at 200 West River St., Suite 101, at the corner of Second Ave. and River. St. There is departure cleaning only. Check-in time is 4PM and check-out time is 10AM. Check-in is at 200 West River St, located at the corner of Second Ave. and River St. in the Camas building. Minimum age required for check-in is 25. Please call resort at 1-208-726-5601 or 1-800-521-2515 if you plan to arrive after hours. Our office hours are 8AM to 5PM, with extended hours during peak seasons. If you arrive after hours there is a security box where you can pick up your information. Check-in is at 200 West River St. Visit the town beloved by Ernest Hemingway and stroll through its leafy, tree-lined streets or spend a quiet evening on its rivers. Ketchum is also a delight for adventurers- offering world-renowned skiing during wintertime and fishing, hiking and trail riding during spring and summer times.
