The Cove at Trails End Resort features a boat launch ramp and boat trailer parking in the main lot near the General Store, which has a bait shop, groceries, hunting and fishing licenses. The on-site restaurant Pops Dockside Grill and Raw Bar features full menus for breakfast and lunch with dinners served on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Sunday features our rotating weekly Southern homemade buffet. The resort is located next to a wildlife sanctuary to the south and lays along the Chattahoochee River portion of 38,000 acre freshwater Lake Seminole. The lake is home to some of the best bass fishing in the nation with guided service available. Each online reservation includes the full amenities of the resort- the private pool and clubhouse, volleyball, picnic areas, hammocks, grills and nature trails, kiddie climbing area, spa, the game room, workout room, laundry and shower areas. Pontoon boat and bike rentals are also available. There may be times when access to your unit is unavoidably delayed due to cleaning or maintenance issues. Check-in is 1PM on day of arrival and check-out is at 11AM. Please check-in at the General Store. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. The front desk is open from 7am-5pm and daily housekeeping is available during this time as well. Please note that houseboats do not have land line phones. Please note the following- Water Conservation in effect- please limit showers to 10 minutes or less. Please note the following fees- USD 32.00 water pumping fee will be collected upon check-in for stays of 3-6 nights. USD 64.00 water pumping fee will be collected upon check-in for stays of 7 nights or more. USD 50.00 cleaning fee collected upon check-in. USD 125.00 1/2 day 4 hour pontoon boat rental or USD 225.00 full day 8 hour pontoon boat rental. Check-in is 1PM. Check-out is at 11AM. Please check-in at the General Store.
