A vacation at Dunes of Seagrove offers more than just a stunning setting atop scenic dunes in the Beaches of South Walton. An intimate retreat on the Gulf of Mexico, The Dunes of Seagrove features a unique 7,500 square foot tropical lagoon swimming pool that is heated seasonally. In addition to its beachfront location, The Dunes offers a poolside hot tub, beach boardwalk, tennis court, fitness center, steam room, and sauna. Condo rentals are available with two or three bedrooms. Each unit includes cultured marble vanities and a whirlpool in the master bath. Most units offer covered parking, and some include bunk alcoves for extra sleeping space. The spacious private balconies include patio furniture. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with icemaker, plus each unit has a washer and dryer. Please note that a USD 111.22 cleaning fee will be collected at check-in. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 10am. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
