It features 64 non smoking rooms and is located in the center of the Art Deco District 14th Street and Collins only a few steps away from Lincoln Road famous restaurants bars clubs and one block away from the beautiful sandy beaches of South Beach. All rooms were renovated in 2008 and are equipped with amazing amenities such as flat-screen TVs in-room safes small refrigerators and independent AC units. The hotel also offers a nice relaxing patio with a refreshing wade pool the Spaghetti Restaurant and Bar which serves dinner as well as access to the sister property the Penguin Hotel located directly behind the President Hotel where the guests can enjoy breakfast and lunch at the Penguin Cafe.
