No singles under 25 w/o guardian. Please note that the following cleaning fees are included in the cost of booking- 1 bedroom- USD 82.00 2 bedroom- USD 129.00 3 bedroom- USD 152.00 Office hours are 9am-5pm Mon-Sat and 9am-3pm Sunday. There is departure cleaning only. Check-in is 3pm, check-out is 10am. Check-in at 1333 Miracle Strip Pkwy. Persons booking unit must be over 25 and occupy unit for entire rental period. No singles under 25 w/o guardian. Guests arriving after hours should use the courtesy phone located outside the check-in office to contact a property rep., who will give them access codes to a lockbox.
