There are several outdoor social areas, sun decks, shuffleboard courts. There is free parking for each room. The garden and pool area is seperated from the parking area by a tell hedge thus providing a sense of being in a secluded garden. All rooms have been designated non-smoking. A guest laundry room is available. Housekeeping is provided every day except Sundays and holidays.

The Carriage House Resort is located about 120 yards away from the award winning public beach of Deerfield Beach. The public beach has a beautiful promenade along Coconut trees and tiki pinic shelters. Restaurants, sports bars, grills, convenience and gift stores are located about 3 blocks north. The general area is a favorite for families because there are lifeguards and a beach section for water sports and another for relaxing and swimming.
