This is a beautiful home conveniently located to the theme parks, shopping and the many great restaurants that Orlando has to offer. Please note that there is a USD 85.00 cleaning fee for stays of less than five nights. Resort Fee 40.00 USD Check-in time is from 3pm-5pm on the day of arrival. Please check-in at the office, please have a state issued valid ID and credit card used for rental. Information needs to be verified. If checking in after 5pm, please come back by 9am the next business day. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. There is a lock box in front of the of the office for after hours check-in. Once booking is confirmed you will receive the information. Sandy Ridge is a wonderful new subdivision located just 10-30 minutes from Disney and Universal Studios theme parks. It is also close to great golfing for the golfers in the family. Sandy Ridge is a great area to stay at when visiting Disney, it is close to the parks without all of the traffic.
