Rocky Mountain National Park is a short 45 minutes away. Minimum age required for check-in is 21. There will be additional surcharges for any stays that are 2 nights or less. The fee will vary from unit size to unit size. If your stay is 2 nights or less, a cleaning fee will be collected upon check-in. The fees are- 3BD/3BA- USD 125.00 4BD/4BA- USD 165.00 Check-in is 4PM. Check-out is 10AM. All guests will need to come to our main office. The office will have varying office hours throughout the year but will be open daily from 8AM-5PM. Minimum age required for check-in is 21. Any guests that will be arriving after office hours, will need to obtain the late check-in box combo by calling the office at 1-970-726-9421 or referring to the posted instructions at the office. Bear Crossing is a community of luxury townhomes built on a low density 7-acre site, just 1 mile from the Main Street of downtown. Nestled in a mountain valley with commanding views of the Continental Divide, but easily accessible from the Denver area, Winter Park is your getaway location.
