Located within four blocks from the Aspen Mountain gondola, the Downtown Aspen Collection offers standard to deluxe, 2 bedroom condominiums that feature full kitchens and fireplaces. An ideal location for all of Aspen's shops, restaurants, galleries and night clubs. Frias Properties of Aspen guests have priviledges to the Aspen Club and Spa facilities for free. Passes to the Aspen Club and Spa can be picked up from any Frias Properties Front Desk during business hours. Frias Properties also provides free Aspen Airport Shuttle services. Please note that additional fees may apply and will be collected upon check in. A nightly 20 USD per person fee applies for additional guests. Rollaway beds can be requested for an additional 21 USD per night and cribs will be 13 USD per night. Nightly 25 USD fee for additional guests. Upon request, nightly 21 USD for rollaway beds and nightly 13 USD for cribs. Check in time is after 4pm on the day of arrival. Please check in at front desk at Frias Properties. A major credit card will be required at check-in. After hours please pick up black courtesy phone at Frias Properties front door and it will contact security to bring you your keys.
