The Trade Winds Condotel is a newly built bijou resort and is the only hotel in the heart of Grace Bay which caters to guests seeking absolute privacy and tranquility. Because Trade Winds is not a large resort guests can relax in the feel of their own home without the bustle of activities to be found at many of the large resorts. Trade Winds us located directly at the center of Grace Bay just steps to one of the quietest sections of Grace Bay Beach and within easy walking distance to half a dozen or more restaurants catering to all tastes and budgets. A new shopping plaza will open by Christmas 2003 only yards from the Trade Winds and within 2 years Trade Winds will be only a 10-15 minute walk to the new island village center currently under construction.
