Built in 1988 and renovated in 2002, this bungalow complex comprises a total of 334 2 storey terraced bungalows. Facilities on the complex include a foyer with 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility and a small supermarket. There is also a bar, a pub, a TV room and a restaurant with a non-smoking area and highchairs for infants.
