Chateau de Varenne This chateau is far more than a simple hotel it s a genuine jewel. Built in 1738 it was the residence of Guillaume Puy the first Avignon Major. Totaly renovated it has now rediscovered all its former glory. Located in its splendid park its large terrace swimming pool and intimate rooms provide guests with a permanent feeling of sophistication. Antique furniture the forged iron grand staircase the mounges warmed up by fine fireplaces. Don t forget to climb to the top of the tower to admire the Ventoux Luberon and the surrounding vineyards.
