In 2007 Schloss Tremsbuettel opened a new A-la-carte-Restaurant. You can now dine in the historical rooms of the castle daily from 5 till 9 p.m. Hotel schloss Tremsbueuttel has and still is the meeting-place of the Hamburg society-here you can also enjoy the walk through the wonderful park created during 1780-85.
Schloss Tremsbuettel has also become a prominent place of German-TV history. Here the 1st Miss Germany competition took place. The Golden Camera and the Bambi were presented and the Hotel was the location for many Edgar-Wallace-movies.
