This delightful villa, built on a hill looming over Castellammare del Golfo, offers a sweeping view of the sea. The serene surroundings include two terraces, one with a panoramic ocean view, the other equipped with a barbecue, an outdoor shower and washing machine. Parking is available on-site. The property is situated to suit the needs of guests who wish to simply relax close to the villa or enjoy a number of nearby attractions. There is a scenic park within walking distance, and the Zingaro natural reserve is only 4 km away. The town of Castellammare del Golfo and the ocean are both just a short distance from the property. The white sandy beach of S. Vito lo Capo can be reached by boat, with departures from Castellammare. There are also hydrofoils from Castellammare to the islands of Ustica and Favignana. A cleaning fee of Euro 10 and deposit of Euro 300 required at check-in to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available. Sicily, the largest island in the Mediterranean, is blessed with a richness of tradition and culture that is distinctive and diverse. Each town proudly showcases its own version of the Italian life, expressed through its unique traditions, cuisine and dialect. |
