In the shade of trees the beer garden and the castle meadows appear like oases of calm. The kitchen staff of the castle Burgellern keeps commited to the traditions of the franconian cuisine, but also pamper you with international cuisine. Enjoy in the stylish ambiance of the historic duke bishops summers residence refined cuisine - inspired by the theme "Franconian Tuscany". The restaurant is opened daily from 17 clock, sundays and public holidays from 11 clock.

The hotel was opened in 1700 and rennovated in 2009.
