Beautiful stone-built villa (120 m2) set inside a residential area with only independent villas, situated on the side of a hill with beautiful views of the sea and the Tavolara (marine park), Molara and Molarotto Islands. 1.5 km from the sea, 2 km the Isuledda beach, 3.5 km S. Teodoro (all kinds of shops), 4 km the "Cinta" beach (Peaceful position. The villa is made up of two units, both independent from one another but only a few meters apart and separated by three equipped patios (one of which with barbecue and outdoor shower). The house is surrounded by a large garden with lawn (1000 m2). It is possible to request up to 1 additional bed when booking, to be paid for on the spot (200 Euro/person/week). Parking. Cleaning fee of euro 0 and deposit of euro 500 required at check-in to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out.
