Built on a cliff overlooking the fishing village of Port Soller and surrounded by the Tramuntana Mountain range- a UNESCO Heritage site- there will never be another hotel built in Mallorca on a location such as this which appears to float between the sky and the sea. The hotel has 120 rooms spread over 11 separate buildings covering 18.000 sq meters- all connected by garden walks and internal passageways surrounded by natural rock and vegetation native to the island. The architecture has taken into account the natural surroundings resulting in an integrated building that appears to blend into the mountain.Jumeirah signature Talise Spa is set to become the island most exclusive wellness and fitness venue. It is comprised of 10 spacious treatment suites including a Rasoul Suite traditional Middle Eastern method of cleansing and detoxifying-using mud- herb-scented steam and an oil-infused warm shower and the Hammam Suite. With over 2.000sq meters and stunning views from every corner- it features its own outdoor heated Hydropool overlooking the valley. Amongst its scented gardens- two swimming pools -one of them heated all year round and several vantage points provide uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean and the protected pine forest surrounding the property. Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel and Spa will hold LEED GOLD certification system.
