The villa is surrounded by a well-tended grassy enclosure, a portion of which is a manicured, furnished garden featuring a barbecue, garden swing, armchairs and tables for outdoor meals either on the porch or under lovely flower-covered pergola. This property is an ideal place for walks amid the olive tree groves, and local truffles can be purchased in the quaint, neighborhood shops. Covered parking is available on the premises. A cleaning fee of euro 15 and a deposit of euro 300 are required at check-in, to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available. Umbria is the green heart of Italy. The famous Tiber River winds its way through the bucolic region, and scenic expanses of rolling hills bring a sense of peace and relaxation, ideal for visitors looking to enjoy a restful Italian getaway. |
