Griante 2 km from Tremezzo, very luxurious, historical villa -Villa Maria-, 3 stories, from the 19th-century, in the resort 2 km from the centre of Tremezzo, 50 m from the lake, road to cross, in the green. For shared use: park -fenced-, swimming pool, tennis, garden furniture. House maid on request -extra-. Parking by the house. Shop, grocers 2 km, restaurant 500 m. Please note the main road is 20 meters from the property. The villa, consists of 6 apartments, situated in splendid grounds with a variety of flowers and age old trees, where guest can enjoy use of the swimming pool, tennis courts and boca. On lake, road to cross in front of the villa, with small garden and sun terrace. Ferry landing for Bellagio 1km. If you will be arriving after 7pm, please call us at 1-800-882-6864, at least 24 hours prior to arrival, this will give us time to make the necessary arrangements to accomidate your schedule. The area around Lake Como is pretty characteristic. It has a kind of flair and sense of history that tends to impress its visitors in a sense deeper than only from a touristic point of view. It has been appreciated for its beauty and uniqueness for ages, and even as early as the Roman Times. |
