Opened in 2005 it offers guests a choice of spacious 1 2 and 3 bedroom serviced apartments some of which enjoy excellent views of Dubai. The apartments have contemporary furniture and interiors with fully equipped kitchens and ample living space. Guests can either dine in the informal downstairs restaurant or take advantage of the restaurants 24 hour room service and dine in their own apartment. Chelsea Tower further benefits from having a rooftop swimming pool and gym with steam rooms saunas and Jacuzzis
