Cleverly reclaimed from its original purpose as a village storage site, the old-world feel of the structure survived modernization and refurbishing intact, offering guests quaint yet up-to-date accommodations. Located on the Saint Agnese nature reserve in the peaceful hills of Chianti, panoramic views greet guests as they enjoy the tiled and furnished outdoor patio and well-tended garden. Shared amenities include a tennis court, and a seasonal swimming pool, open from the end of May through late September. The property also offers onsite parking. Cleaning fee of euro 11 and deposit of euro 200 required at check-in to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available. Chianti is world-famous for both its scenery and for the namesake grapes that thrive there. The hills are absolutely enchanting, covered in vineyards and oak, chestnut and holm-oak tree groves. The countryside, dotted with farmhouses, is an exclusive tourist destination with vibrant appeal. |
