Our cabins and cottages are for sale as vacation property or rent while just visiting. So whether you are planning a trip to the World Famous First Monday Trade Days or are just wanting an escape, you will enjoy all the beauty and recreation that East Texas has to offer and experience our award-winning customer service. Our Grand Lodge and Conference Center, Outdoor Pavilion, Wedding Island and resort pools create an ideal location for corporate retreats, wedding venues, receptions, reunions, parties, business meetings and conferences. Packages and group rates are available. Our concierge service is available to our guests 24 hours a day. Please do not hesitate to call the front desk at any time we can be of service or give you a ride to and from your cottage. Please Note- Our cottages are privately owned and the circulation system is designed with their convenience and serenity in mind. Therefor the only access to our cottages is via golf cart. All renters must adhere to this policy. We have two cabin units designed for the less mobile and wheelchair bound. These units are actually a duplex modular unit, fully furnished with a queen bed, wide screen panel TV, and cooking capabilities, while meeting ADA requirements throughout. Limit 2 per unit. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Please note, the front desk is open 24 hours a day and the housekeeping service schedule is from 730am-12pm. A USD 7.50 resort fee will be collected at check-in. Check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 11am. Please check-in at the Grand Lodge. Once registered, our concierge service will meet you at your vehicle and escort you and your luggage to your cottage. A USD 7.50 resort fee will be collected at check-in. |

1. Start out going SOUTH on INTERNATIONAL PKWY S/TX-97 SPUR S - Portions toll.
2. Merge onto TX-183 E toward IRVING/DALLAS.
3. TX-183 E becomes I-35E S/US-77 S.
4. Merge onto I-30 E via EXIT 428A on the LEFT toward TEXARKANA.
5. Keep RIGHT to take US-80 E via EXIT 53B toward TERRELL.
6. Merge onto TX-557 SPUR E via the exit on the LEFT.
7. Take the I-20 E exit.
8. Take the exit.
9. Merge onto I-20 E via the exit on the LEFT toward SHREVEPORT.
10. Take EXIT 527 toward TX-19/EMORY/CANTON.
11. Stay STRAIGHT to go onto I-20 E.
