Arched white brick ceilings and simple, tasteful furnishings create a polished, bright, comfortable vacation home. The property is situated at the foot of Assisi, a perfect location for exploring and enjoying the most famous and most visited town in Umbria. The grounds feature a beautifully maintained landscaping and garden, and the large furnished lawn is perfect for outdoor relaxation. There is enclosed parking on the premises. A cleaning fee of euro 11 and a deposit of euro 300 are required at check-in, to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available. Umbria is truly the green heart of Italy, with the famous Tiber River winding its way through the bucolic region. The region is ideal for visitors looking to enjoy a restful Italian getaway. Assisi is an ancient town and one of the most famous in Italy, well-known for its rich, fascinating history. |
