Private terraces and balconies are also available. Additional amenities at The Market Common include free parking, a jogging trail, playgrounds, a picnic shelter, and a lake and sports park just across the street. Minimum age required at check in is 25. Please note that a departure cleaning fee of USD 72.00 including tax will be charged after check-out. Check in is at 4pm.
